This website provides general information about industrial generator systems, automatic transfer switches, and related equipment. Website content is not an engineering design, technical approval, warranty, or offer to sell.
Equipment requests
Submitting an RFQ or contacting Maverick Alpha does not create an order, reservation, or obligation to purchase. Any transaction requires a written proposal or order acknowledgment that identifies the equipment, price, payment terms, lead time, freight terms, warranty, assumptions, and exceptions.
Equipment and partner roles
Maverick Alpha is an independent equipment supplier. Equipment may be manufactured, tested, serviced, warranted, stored, or shipped by identified third parties. The applicable proposal will identify the offered equipment and available manufacturer or supplier support.
Availability and specifications
Inventory, pricing, lead times, freight estimates, and specifications are subject to confirmation and may change before an order is accepted. Customers and their qualified engineers or contractors are responsible for confirming suitability, code compliance, installation requirements, protection, permitting, and final system design.
Installation and operation
Electrical and fuel-system equipment must be installed, commissioned, operated, and maintained by appropriately qualified professionals in accordance with the applicable documents, codes, and authority requirements.
Third-party resources
Links to manufacturers, standards organizations, and other third parties are provided for convenience. Maverick Alpha does not control their content, availability, or privacy practices.
